Ministry Of Justice (Pasundan)
The Ministry of Justice was a government ministry of the State of Pasundan. The ministry was responsible for the justice system, penitentiary system, publishing of government gazette, dactyloscopy, and beachcombing in the State of Pasundan. Transfer of power After the establishment of the Adil Cabinet on 8 May 1948, prime minister Adil Puradiredja appointed Suparman as the Minister of Home Affairs. The formation of the ministry was done one month later, on 11 June 1948, after the handover of the authority from the ''Recomba'' (government commissioner for administrative affairs) to the Minister of Justice. The instrument of transfer for this purpose was the ''Staatsblaad'' (State Gazette) 1948 No. 116. The authority of the court system in Pasundan is reserved for the Supreme Court of the United States of Indonesia, while the authority of the prison system was run by the Ministry of Justice and the federal government. The State of Pasundan (Indonesian language, Indonesian and su, Negara Pasundan) was a federated state, federal state ''(negara bagian)'' formed in the western part of the Indonesian island of Java by the Netherlands in 1948 following the Linggadjati Agreement. It was similar to the geographical area now encompassed by the current Provinces of Indonesia, provinces of West Java, Banten and Jakarta. A Pasundan Republic ( id, Republik Pasundan) was declared on 4 May 1947 but was dissolved later that year. On 26 February 1948, the State of West Java ''(Negara Jawa Barat)'' was established and, on 24 April 1948, the state was renamed Pasundan. Pasundan became a federated state, federal state of the United States of Indonesia in 1949 but was incorporated into the Republic of Indonesia (1949–1950), Republic of Indonesia (itself also a constituent of the USI) on 11 March 1950. Barnas Wiratanuningrat
Barnas is a commune in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as Barnassiens or Barnassiennes. Geography Barnas is located some 20 km west by northwest of Aubenas and 30 km east by southeast of Pradelles. Access to the commune is by Route nationale N102 which passes through the centre of the commune and the village from Mayres in the west and continuing to Thueyts in the east. The Third Djumhana Cabinet ( id, Kabinet Djumhana III) was the fourth cabinet established by the State of Pasundan. It was composed of nine ministers and one official. Its term of office ran from 18 July 1949 to 11 January 1950. Background On 16 July 1949, the Indonesia, Unity, Indonesian Nationhood Party and the Pasundan People's Party in the Parliament of Pasundan were united to form a "National Front". The front stated that they demand the entire cabinet to resign and for the prime minister to form a new cabinet on a broader basis. The Second Djumhana Cabinet ( id, Kabinet Djumhana II) was the third cabinet established by the State of Pasundan. It was composed of eight ministers. Its term of office ran from 31 January to 18 July 1949. Background After the Dutch managed to force the resignation of the First Djumhana Cabinet on 28 January 1949, Djumhana was left with only two ministers. The only way in which Djumhana could form a new cabinet was by dropping his former program and substituting it with an extremely mild one. The First Djumhana Cabinet ( id, Kabinet Djumhana I) was the second cabinet established by the State of Pasundan. It was composed of nine ministers and one official. Its term of office ran from 10 to 31 January 1949. Background After the resignation of the Adil Cabinet on 19 December 1948, the prime minister of Netherlands, Willem Drees, held a visitation to Indonesia. The visitation was meant to discuss the formation of a federal interim government of Indonesia. The plan was to hold a conference in Jakarta in January 1949, on which the newly formed cabinet, led by Adil Puradiredja, would attend. The plan failed, as the Dutch failed to pressure the Parliament of Pasundan to reelect Adil.
