The Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science ( da, Uddannelses- og Forskningsministeriet) is the Danish ministry in charge of research and education above high school/upper secondary school. The ministry has also been known as the "Ministry of Science, Innovation and Higher Education", the "Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Denmark", the "Science Ministry", the "Research Ministry", and the "Ministry of Research and Technology". Ulla Tørnæs
Ulla Pedersen Tørnæs (born 4 September 1962 in Esbjerg) is a Danish politician, who is a member of the Folketing for the Liberal Party. She previously sat in parliament from 1994 to 2014, and served as member of the European Parliament from 2014 to 2016. Jesper Petersen (born 25 August 1981 in Haderslev) is a Danish politician, who is a member of the Folketing for the Social Democrats political party. He is currently serving as Minister of Higher Education and Science. He was elected into parliament at the 2007 Danish general election, as a member of the Socialist People's Party. Søren Pind (born 20 November 1969) is a Danish lawyer and politician, a member of the center-right party Venstre.
