Minico High School
Minico High School, also known as Minidoka County High School, is a four-year public secondary school in Minidoka County, Idaho, operated by the Minidoka County Joint School District #331. The school colors are red and gold and the mascot is a Spartan History Minico High School opened in 1955, consolidating four high schools: Rupert, Paul, Heyburn, and Acequia. Towns in the MHS jurisdiction include: Acequia, Burley (Minidoka Co. portion), Heyburn, Minidoka, Paul, and Rupert. The campus is located on State Highway 25 (West 100 South) between the cities of Rupert and Paul, just west of the Rupert Country Club. The name Minico is a contraction of "Minidoka County." Idaho State Highway 25
State Highway 25 (SH-25) is a state highway in Idaho, United States, that runs east-west from Jerome in the west to Interstate 84 (I-84) north of Declo in the east. Idaho State Highway 25 also passes through Eden, Hazleton, Paul and Rupert. Route description SH-25 begins at a diamond interchange with I-84 before traveling due east as Main Street into the town of Jerome, where it intersects SH-79. After leaving the town, SH-25 continues due east through farmland, passing by Jerome County Airport and coming to a junction with US 93. SH-25 curves southeast before intersecting SH-50 and turning east again, passing through the towns of Eden and Hazelton. Jerome High School (Jerome, Idaho)
Jerome High School is a four-year public high school located in Jerome, Idaho, the only traditional high school operated by the Jerome Joint School District #261. The school colors are black and orange and the mascot is a tiger. Athletics Jerome competes in athletics in IHSAA Class 4A in the Great Basin (West) Conference with Burley, Minico and Wood River, all located in the Magic Valley region of Idaho. Twin Falls and the new Canyon Ridge, both located in Twin Falls, joined the conference in August 2009. Burley High School
Burley High School is a four-year secondary school in Burley, Idaho, the largest of four traditional high schools in the Cassia County School District #151. Its official title is Burley Senior High School and it has only had its 2100 Park Ave. address since the doors opened for the Spring Semester of 1999. The previous school was built in the 1950s, residing at the locally known address of #1 Bobcat Boulevard, and the building still exists as a satellite campus for the College of Southern Idaho. Until the 2006–07 school year, it was exclusively a three-year senior high school, with the freshman class attending Burley Junior High School. Key Club International, also called Key Club, is an international service organization for high school students. As a student-led organization, Key Club's goal is to encourage leadership through serving others. Key Club International is the high school branch of the Kiwanis International family, classifying as a Service Leadership Program and more specifically as a Kiwanis Youth Program.
