Michael John Walker Jr. (born 10 April 1945) is an English former professional footballer and coach. Early and personal life Walker was born in Harrogate, and grew up in Doncaster. His father Mickey Sr. had played for Doncaster Rovers, Bradford City, Bradford Park Avenue and York City. As a teenager he played cricket, trialling for Yorkshire Schoolboys at the age of 15, and later playing for England Schoolboys. He is married to Carol. Michael Stewart Gordon Walker (born 28 November 1945) is a Welsh former footballer and manager. After starting his career at Reading, Walker played as a goalkeeper in the Football League for five clubs, most notably Watford and Colchester United. He later managed Colchester, Norwich City, Everton and APOEL. In 2010, he was inducted into the Colchester United Football Club Hall of Fame. Walker represented Wales at under-23 level on four occasions. His son Ian, also a goalkeeper, later played for England's senior team. Michael Aaron Walker (born June 23, 1965 in Houston, Texas) is an American former professional baseball player. A pitcher, Walker played Major League Baseball (MLB) in with the Seattle Mariners. Career Walker, who prefers to go by Mike, was raised in Splendora/Cleveland, Texas by his parents Barbara and L.G. Michael Walker (born 21 April 1966) is a former professional tennis player from Wales who competed for Great Britain and Hong Kong. Professional playing career Walker, who grew up in Colwyn Bay, was given a wild card into the 1986 Wimbledon Championships and lost his opening round match, which went five sets, to Swiss player Claudio Mezzadri. He returned to Wimbledon the following year, this time competing in the men's doubles, partnering Stephen Botfield. The pair were beaten in the first round by Glenn Layendecker and Glenn Michibata. Mike Walker (born 12 July 1962) is a British jazz guitarist. Career Walker was influenced by his father's piano playing, his mother's singing, and his brother's guitar playing. He went on to discover a passion for jazz guitarists Wes Montgomery, Joe Pass, Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Larry Coryell, and Tal Farlow. He joined the jazz fusion band River People with Paul Allen, Tim Franks, and Paul Kilvington in Manchester. Michael Aubrey Walker is an American country music artist. In 2000 he was signed by DreamWorks Nashville and in 2001, he released his self-titled debut album. This album produced his only chart single in "Honey Do", which peaked at number 42 on the '' Billboard'' country charts. He also toured with Brooks & Dunn on the first annual "Neon Circus Tour" which also featured Toby Keith, Montgomery Gentry, Keith Urban and Cledus T.
