Mike Huckleberry
Michael "Huck" Huckleberry (born July 12, 1948) is a politician, restaurateur, and small business owner from Greenville, Michigan. In 2008, he was elected as a Democrat to the Michigan State House of Representatives. He represented the 70th House District, which includes all of Montcalm County and a portion of North-west Ionia County including the city of Ionia. In 2006 he unsuccessfully challenged incumbent Republican Congressman Dave Camp, who represents Michigan's 4th congressional district, located in central Michigan. David Lee Camp (born July 9, 1953) is a former American politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1991 to 2015. Camp represented since 1993, and previously served one term representing . A member of the United States Republican Party, Republican Party, Camp was chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, serving from 2011–2015. Davenport University is a private university with campuses throughout Michigan and online. History Grand Rapids Junior College was established on September 21, 1914, after University of Michigan faculty passed a resolution encouraging the establishment of junior colleges in Michigan. Ionia is the largest city in, and the county seat of, Ionia County, Michigan, United States. The population was 13,378 at the 2020 census. Judy K. Emmons is a former Michigan state senator who represented District 33. She is the former chair of the Families, Seniors and Human Services Committee, and former vice-chair of Education. Michigan House of Representatives Emmons' first campaign for the Michigan House of Representatives occurred in 2002, running the 70th District. Incumbent state Rep. Gretchen Whitmer chose to run for re-election in the 69th District rather than the 70th after her district was redrawn following the 2000 Census.
