Miho Saeki
(born 18 March 1976) is a retired Japanese tennis player, winner of professional tournaments in doubles and singles, and a representative of Japan for the Federation Cup. Career Saeki's career began officially in April 1994. As a junior finale, she boasts a doubles tournament in the youth edition of the Japan Open. In senior tennis, she began mainly outside the main cycle of the WTA Tour, winning a total of 16 singles and eight doubles titles belonging to the ITF Women's Circuit. She gained four wins in doubles on WTA Tour, with her partners - Yuka Yoshida and Naoko Kijimuta. Her career-high ranking was at No. 56 in singles (June 1998) and No. 49 in doubles (July 1997). The China Open is an annual men's and women's professional tennis tournament held in Beijing, China. The women's event is a WTA 1000 event on the WTA Tour, while the men's is an ATP Tour 500 event on the ATP Tour. Romana Tedjakusuma
Romana Tedjakusuma (born 24 July 1976) is a former professional tennis player from Indonesia. She made her debut in professional competition in January 1990, aged 13, at an ITF tournament in Jakarta. In 1993 and 1994, she played in a number of Grand Slam Junior Championships. Partnered by Park Sung-hee, she reached the semifinals of the 1993 Wimbledon Junior Championships. During 1994, she also competed in three professional Grand Slam tournaments. Her best result at that level was her third round appearance in the Australian Open. Anna Smashnova ( he, אנה סמשנובה, russian: Анна Смашнова; born July 16, 1976) is a Soviet-born Israeli former tennis player. She retired from professional tour after Wimbledon 2007. Smashnova reached her career-high singles ranking of world No. 15 in 2003. She reached 13 finals, and won 12 of them. Laura Granville
Laura Granville (born May 12, 1981) is a former American professional tennis player. During the two years she spent at Stanford University, she set the record for most consecutive singles victories with 58 and finished with an overall record of 93–3. Granville won the NCAA Championship in singles as well as the ITA Player of the Year in both 2000 and 2001. In 2001, Stanford won the women's tennis national team championship, and Granville was also a doubles finalist. She retired in 2010 after seven full years on the WTA Tour and returned to Stanford, where she completed her studies and graduated in 2012.
