Mihai Sava
Mihail Sava (born 3 September 1991) is a Moldovan freestyle wrestler. He won one of the bronze medals in the 70 kg event at the 2020 European Wrestling Championships held in Rome, Italy. Career In 2014, he won one of the bronze medals in the 65 kg event at the World Wrestling Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In his bronze medal match he defeated Mustafa Kaya of Turkey. In 2015, he competed in the men's freestyle 65 kg event at the European Games without winning a medal. In 2016, he won the silver medal in the men's 65 kg event at the 2016 World University Wrestling Championships held in Çorum, Turkey. Amateur wrestling is a variant of wrestling practiced in collegiate, school, or other amateur level competitions. There are two international wrestling styles performed in the Olympic Games: freestyle and Greco-Roman. 2018 World Wrestling Championships – Men's Freestyle 70 Kg
The men's freestyle 70 kilograms is a competition featured at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships, and was held in Budapest, Hungary on 22 and 23 October. This freestyle wrestling competition consists of a single-elimination tournament, with a repechage used to determine the winner of two bronze medals. The two finalists face off for gold and silver medals. Each wrestler who loses to one of the two finalists moves into the repechage, culminating in a pair of bronze medal matches featuring the semifinal losers each facing the remaining repechage opponent from their half of the bracket. Adam Alavdinovich Batirov (russian: Адам Алавдинович Бати́ров; born 13 January 1985 in Dagestan) is a Russian and Bahraini freestyle wrestler of Avar heritage. He is a World Cadet Championships runner-up and Cadet European Champion (2002). He thrice won the Ivan Yarygin tournament and is National Russian Freestyle wrestling Champion (2007). In 2009, he won his first European Championships. At the 2016 Asian Wrestling Championships he won gold, beating Kumar Vinod of India in the final match. He is a 2018 World Championships runner-up. Adam is the younger brother of two-time Olympic Champion Mavlet Batirov. After winning 2016 World Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament 1, he competed for Bahrain which led to its qualification for the 2016 Summer Olympics.
