An intermediary (or go-between) is a third party that offers intermediation services between two parties, which involves conveying messages between principals in a dispute, preventing direct contact and potential escalation of the issue. In law, intermediaries can facilitate communication between a vulnerable witness, defendant and court personnel to acquire valuable evidence, whilst in barter, the intermediary is a person or group who stores valuables in trade until they are needed, parties to the barter or others have space available to take delivery of them and store them, or until other conditions are met. ''All That'' (stylized as ''"All That"'') is an independent album by LeAnn Rimes under the label Nor Va Jak. Released exclusively in July 1994, the album did not sell well on the market, but a copy was given to Curb Records owner, Mike Curb, who later signed Rimes to his label and recorded her debut album, ''Blue'' (1996). ''All That'' contains the original recording of "Blue". Many songs on the album were later released on Rimes' compilation album, '' Unchained Melody: The Early Years'' (1997). The album contains covers of Dolly Parton’s “Why Can't We” and “I Will Always Love You”, though the latter is done in the style of Whitney Houston’s R&B cover. "Middleman" is a song by English rock band Terrorvision, which was released in June 1994 as the second single from their second studio album ''How to Make Friends and Influence People''. The song was written by Terrorvision and produced by Gil Norton. "Middleman" reached No. 25 in the UK Singles Chart and remained in the Top 100 for five weeks. The song's music video was directed by Tim Royes and produced by Alan Wachs. Critical reception On its release as a single, Alan Jones of ''Music Week'' chose "Middleman" as the "pick of the week". ''Cassadaga'' is the eighth studio album by Bright Eyes, released in the UK on April 9, 2007 and in the US on April 10. Around 25 to 30 songs were recorded in 2006, with 13 of these appearing on the final track list.
