''The Middleman'' is an American television series. The series, which was developed for television by Javier Grillo-Marxuach for ABC Family, is based on the Viper Comics series, ''The Middleman'', created by Grillo-Marxuach and Les McClaine. The series ran for one season in 2008. Originally confirmed for an initial 13 episodes, the order was reduced to a 12-episode season due to low ratings. In February 2009, a comic book based on the unproduced 13th episode was announced, confirming the series' cancellation. Billed as a "series finale", ''The Middleman – The Doomsday Armageddon Apocalypse'' was released in July 2009. The complete series DVD set was released by Shout! Factory on July 28, 2009. ''Jana Aranya'' is a 1976 Bengali film directed by Satyajit Ray, based on the novel of the same name by Mani Shankar Mukherjee. It is the last among Ray's Calcutta trilogy series, the previous two being, ''Pratidwandi'' (''The Adversary'', 1970) and ''Seemabaddha'' (''Company Limited'', 1971). Plot The film portrays the economic difficulties faced by middle-class, educated, urban youth in 1970s India. Middleman are a 4-piece alternative rap rock band based in Leeds in West Yorkshire, England. They formed in 2006. They released singles ''Blah Blah Blah'' and ''Good To Be Back'' on Bad Sneakers records in 2007, and ''It’s not Over Yet'' on Blip Records on 5 September 2010. Their next single Chipping Away is due for release on 12 December 2010 on Blip Records. ''It's Not Over Yet'' is featured on the basketball game NBA 2K11 by 2K Sports along with tracks from artists such as Snoop Dogg and Two Door Cinema Club. Media Middleman have played live sessions for Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1, Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music and John Kennedy on XFM. "Middleman" is a song by English rock band Terrorvision, which was released in June 1994 as the second single from their second studio album ''How to Make Friends and Influence People''. The song was written by Terrorvision and produced by Gil Norton. "Middleman" reached No. 25 in the UK Singles Chart and remained in the Top 100 for five weeks. The song's music video was directed by Tim Royes and produced by Alan Wachs. Critical reception On its release as a single, Alan Jones of ''Music Week'' chose "Middleman" as the "pick of the week". ''Cassadaga'' is the eighth studio album by Bright Eyes, released in the UK on April 9, 2007 and in the US on April 10. Around 25 to 30 songs were recorded in 2006, with 13 of these appearing on the final track list.
