Michelle Bridges
Michelle Bridges (born 20 October 1970) is an Australian personal trainer, author and television personality. From 2007 to 2015, she was a trainer on the Australian version of ''The Biggest Loser'', making her first appearance in the second season. Early life Bridges attended high school in Nelson Bay, New South Wales. In an interview with ''The Sydney Morning Herald'', she said "I was 14 when I pitched the idea to my school mistress that I would take the kids at school who didn't play sport, who hung around smoking cigarettes, and do fitness classes with them." She then went on to take over space at a local squash court along with her personal trainer Tash Sheehy and taught classes there. At 18, Bridges graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness as a certified fitness instructor, and has served since 2009 as an ambassador for the organisation. Kinect is a line of motion sensing input devices produced by Microsoft and first released in 2010. The devices generally contain RGB cameras, and infrared projectors and detectors that map depth through either structured light or time of flight calculations, which can in turn be used to perform real-time gesture recognition and body skeletal detection, among other capabilities. They also contain microphones that can be used for speech recognition and voice control. Utilizing a motion tracking camera released with the game, ''Your Shape'' guides the player through various aerobic exercises that can be tailored to target certain parts of the body. ''Can of Worms'' was an Australian television talk show, broadcast on Network Ten, first screening on 4 July 2011 until 20 May 2013. Ian Dickson (TV personality), Ian "Dicko" Dickson hosted the first series along with Meshel Laurie. The second series, was hosted by Chrissie Swan and 'man on the street' Dan Ilic, began airing on 20 August 2012, with two 'Best of Specials' airing in November as a twopart finale.
