Michel Fiffe
Michel Fiffe (born 17 May 1979 in Havana, Cuba) is a Cuban–American comic book artist and writer. He is best known for his self-published series ' and the Ultimate Marvel series '' All-New Ultimates''. Career Fiffe gained wider exposure in 2013 thanks to ', a monthly series he has created and self-published since November 2012. Despite its small print runs, ' has garnered acclaim from sites such as Comic Book Resources and Comics Alliance. As the issues continued to sell out, compendiums reprinting three issues of ' at a time were released by Bergen Street Comics. In 2014, Fiffe began writing '' All-New Ultimates'' for Marvel. In April, the first issue of ''All-New Ultimates'' was released, and ' returned with issue No. 13. Fiffe's other work includes editing backup features in Erik Larsen's ''Savage Dragon'', and launching his Press imprint with the debut of ''ZEGAS''. Giannis Milonogiannis (Greek: Γιάννης Μυλωνογιάννης) is a Greek comic book artist who was born in Maryland and grew up on the island of Crete, Greece. He first gained prominence in the American market with his English-language webcomic '' Old City Blues'' which was released in physical form by Archaia. Newsarama is an American website that publishes news, interviews, and essays about the American comic book industry. It is owned by Future US. In June 2020, Newsarama was merged with the website GamesRadar+, also owned by FutureUS. History Newsarama began in mid-1995 as a series of Internet forum postings on the Prodigy comic book message boards by fan Mike Doran. In the forum postings, Doran shared comic book-related news items he had found across the World Wide Web and, as these postings became more regular and read widely, he gave them the title "Prodigy Comic Book Newswire." Valiant Comics is an American comic book publisher. The company was founded in 1989 by former Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Jim Shooter along with lawyer and businessman Steven Massarsky. In 1994, the company was sold to Acclaim Entertainment. The company was restarted as part of Valiant Entertainment by entrepreneurs Dinesh Shamdasani and Jason Kothari in 2005 after Acclaim declared bankruptcy in 2004. Bloodshot (comics)
Bloodshot is a fictional superhero created in 1992 by Kevin VanHook, Don Perlin, and Bob Layton, appearing in books published by the American publisher Valiant Comics. The Bloodshot character has had different origins and incarnations, but he is consistently a character empowered by experimental nanites (microscopic machines) injected into his bloodstream, a procedure that leaves a red circular scar on his chest, hence the name. This gives Bloodshot enhanced physical traits, the ability to repair damage to his body, an internal database of weapons and hand-to-hand combat training, and a mental connection to computers (technopathy). A side effect of the use of his powers is that his skin becomes chalk-white and his eyes become red. Other powers vary with each incarnation. Benjamin Marra
Benjamin Marra (born 1977 in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a Grammy-nominated American illustrator and comic-book artist. His work has been mostly self-published under his own imprint, Traditional Comics, and mainly consists of black and white comics, printed on low-quality paper for a relatively low price. His drawing style is reminiscent of such artists as Paul Gulacy, Herb Trimpe and Spain Rodriguez, as well as the work of pinball machine graphic illustrators. The first comic book to leave an impression on Marra was Darick Robertson's Space Beaver, a hyper-violent science-fiction story featuring an anthropomorphic beaver, which has served as an inspiration for his later work. Marra's artistic training began at the School of Visual Arts, where his instructors included David Mazzucchelli, and where alternative comics artist Dash Shaw was a classmate.
