Michael Zenezini
Michael Zenezini (30 September 1980) is a French ice dancer. With Melanie Espejo, he placed fifth at the 1998 World Junior Championships. In 2011, he performed on ''Dancing on Ice'' with Chloe Madeley. Skating career Competitive Zenezini grew up in Lyon and began skating at the age of eight. He competed in ice dancing and won the French junior title with Melanie Espejo. They were assigned to the 1997 World Junior Championships in Seoul, South Korea and finished ninth. The following season, they placed fifth at the 1998 World Junior Championships in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. Zenezini also competed briefly with Nathalie Péchalat and Véronique Delobel. He retired from competition in 2002. Ice shows Zenezini later appeared in ice shows. He spent six years with ''Holiday on Ice'' and then skated in ''Hot Ice''. Dancing On Ice (series 6)
The sixth series of ''Dancing on Ice'' aired from 9 January to 27 March 2011 on ITV. Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby returned as hosts whilst Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean returned to mentor the celebrities. As part of a major revamp, the show moved from Elstree Studios to Shepperton Studios, and unveiled a new set. It was the also the first series to be broadcast in HD. Blue Swords (german: Pokal der Blauen Schwerter) is an international figure skating competition organized by the Deutsche Eislauf-Union. It is usually held in Chemnitz, Saxony, Germany. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Champions of the event win the "Blue Swords Trophy". History Blue Swords began as a senior international competition in East Germany, and was held annually between 1961 and 1998. In 1985, it became a junior-level event.
