Michael Tukura
Michael Tukura (born 19 october 1988 in Abuja) is a Nigerian footballer, who currently plays for the Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Petah Tikva. Career Tukura began his career with dynamite f.c in Nigeria. In 2007, he signed with Wikki Tourists F.C., and in summer 2008 he joined the Israeli club Hakoah Amidar Ramat Gan on a ten months loan deal. He played his first game in the Israeli Premier League on 13 September 2008 against Bnei Yehuda. At the end of the season Hakoah Amidar Ramat Gan finished last in the league table and were relegated back to Liga Leumit after the play-off matches against Maccabi Ahi Nazareth. In fact, in 2009 he moved to the new promoted Maccabi Ahi Nazareth, where he spent a year, playing 23 matches and scoring 1 goal. In April 2010 Tukura joined FK Ventspils, playing in the Latvian Virsliga. He made his debut on 1, 2010 in a league match against SK Blāzma. Hakoah Amidar Ramat Gan
Hakoah Maccabi Amidar Ramat Gan Football Club ( he, מועדון כדורגל הכח מכבי עמידר רמת גן) is an Israeli football club based in Ramat Gan. The club is currently in Liga Alef South division and plays at the Winter Stadium in Ramat Shikma, a neighbourhood of Ramat Gan. History The club was established in 1959 by a merger of Hakoah Tel Aviv and Maccabi Ramat Gan. The new club was based at Maccabi's Gali Gil stadium in Ramat Gan, but largely consisted of Hakoah players. In 1962 the club was promoted to Liga Leumit, then the top division. In their first season they finished third from bottom. In 1964–65 the club won its first championship, beating Hapoel Petah Tikva to the title on goal difference. The Latvian Football Cup () is the main Single-elimination tournament, knockout cup competition in Latvian Football (soccer), football. Since 2021, its full name is Responsible Game Latvian Football Cup (''Atbildīgas spēles Latvijas kauss'') due to the sponsorship by sports betting company William Hill (bookmaker), William Hill. The tournament was launched in 1937, replacing the previous knockout tournament – the Riga Football Cup. The competition is a knockout (single elimination) tournament. From 1937 to 2008 and again since 2017, all of the games of the tournament are played within the year. Triobet Baltic League
The Baltic League (officially known as the Triobet Baltic League) was a Baltic men's football club tournament held four times between the top club sides from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Launched in 2007 inspired by the now defunct Scandinavian tournament Royal League and by the Baltic Basketball League. History The first two tournaments were held between top four club sides from each country. For 2009–10 the competition was expanded to 16 teams, with five sides from every Baltic state taking part. One additional slot was allocated to the sixth best team from the country of the previous winner.
