Michael John Richardson (born 13 July 1949), a former Australian politician, was a Member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing the electorates of The Hills between 1993 and 2007 and Castle Hill between 2007 and 2011 for the Liberal Party. Tony Packard
Anthony Charles Packard (born 14 April 1943) is a former Australian politician. He was the Liberal member for The Hills in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1990 to 1993. He had previously migrated to Australia from England in 1967 and operated a new-car dealership in outer Sydney. Early life Packard was born in London, England, the son of Charles and Maude Packard. He was educated at Peter Symonds College, a private school in Winchester, before becoming a clerk at Barclays and Lombards banks. New-car dealership Tony Packard Holden was a successful and profitable business that used the advertising catch phrase "just up the Windsor Road from Baulkham Hills, and let me do it right for you!" North Sydney Boys High School (abbreviated as NSBHS) is a government-funded, single-sex, academically selective secondary day school for boys, located at Crows Nest, on the Lower North Shore of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The Liberal Party of Australia (New South Wales Division), commonly known as the New South Wales Liberals, is the state division of the Liberal Party of Australia in New South Wales. The party currently governs in New South Wales in coalition with the National Party of Australia (NSW). The party is part of the federal Liberal Party which is in opposition nationally.
