''Metal Kombat for the Mortal Man'' is the debut studio album by video game metal/power metal band Powerglove released October 31, 2007. The album contains cover versions of music from various video games, similar to their previous release, '' Total Pwnage''. Powerglove (band)
Powerglove is an American instrumental power metal cover band. They are known to play metal cover versions of classic video game themes. The band is named after the Power Glove, a NES controller accessory. History Formation, ''Total Pwnage'', and ''Metal Kombat'' (2003 - 2008) The band was started as a side project of the members various other bands. A melodic death metal band all the members were in disbanded, and the group decided to further develop Powerglove. The band's first recording was "Dr. Wily's Theme" from '' Mega Man 2'' in early 2003, which was followed by "Storm Eagle" from '' Mega Man X'' and the theme from '' Mighty Morphin Power Rangers''. The band records their music in various locations and mixes them in a home studio. The band recorded and released its debut EP, '' Total Pwnage'', in 2005 (later re-released in 2008). Robin Beanland
Robin Beanland is a British composer of video game music, composing music for numerous Rare titles, such as the '' Killer Instinct'' franchise, '' Conker's Bad Fur Day'' (which he also co-wrote the screenplay with Chris Seavor), and many others. Prior to joining Rare, Beanland composed music for TV and films. The only current game that he continues to produce music for is Sea of Thieves.VGM Rush's Beanland profile.

Daisuke Ishiwatari
is a Japanese video game developer, illustrator, musician, composer and voice actor. He is best known for creating the 2D fighting game series ''Guilty Gear''. He designed the characters and storyline, and wrote the music. He also provides the in-game voice for the characters Sol Badguy and Order-Sol, as well as Freed Velez in ''Battle Fantasia''. Ishiwatari was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and raised in Japan. Ishiwatari worked with Arc System Works on the first ''Guilty Gear'' as soon as he left school. Nobuo Uematsu
is a Japanese composer and keyboardist best known for his contributions to the ''Final Fantasy'' video game series by Square Enix. A self-taught musician, he began playing the piano at the age of twelve, with English singer-songwriter Elton John as one of his biggest influences. Uematsu joined Square in 1986, where he first met ''Final Fantasy'' creator Hironobu Sakaguchi.
