Mersudin Ahmetović
Mersudin Ahmetović (; born 19 March 1985) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Bosnian Premier League club Sarajevo. Club career Early career Ahmetović started his professional football career at hometown club Sloboda Tuzla in 2003. In the summer of 2008 he left Sloboda and joined Russian club Rostov. After two seasons in Rostov and breaking in to the first team spot, he left for Volga Nizhny Novgorod where he had a good start, but got sidelined in his second season with the club. In February 2013, Ahmetović signed a contract with Salyut Belgorod. He left Belgorod in February 2014. Zhetsyu In February 2014, Ahmetović joined Zhetysu, but shortly after, in December 2014, he left the club. Sloboda Tuzla In January 2015, he came back to Bosnia to help Sloboda avoid relegation. 2020–21 FK Sarajevo Season
The 2020–21 Sarajevo season was the club's 72nd season in existence, and their 27th consecutive season in the top flight of Bosnian football, the Premier League of BiH. Besides competing in the Premier League, the team competed in the National Cup as well. Sarajevo also competed in the qualifications for the UEFA Champions League and the qualifications for the UEFA Europa League. In that season Sarajevo won the cup title. COVID-19 Pandemic In Bosnia And Herzegovina
The COVID-19 pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina is part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 () caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (). The virus was confirmed to have reached Bosnia and Herzegovina on 5 March 2020, when a patient in Banja Luka, who had travelled to Italy, tested positive. Later on the same day, a second case, who was the son of the first case, was reported. On 21 March, the first death in the country from COVID-19 was announced in a hospital in Bihać. The patient was an elderly woman who had been hospitalized two days before. On 17 March, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina declared a state of emergency in the entire country.
