''Dear Tommy'' is the unreleased sixth studio album by Chromatics, originally scheduled for release on Valentine's Day 2015, then 2018. The album had not been released by the time the group disbanded in 2021, although 11 songs that were at one point intended for ''Dear Tommy'' were released between 2014 and 2020. Background ''Dear Tommy'' was said to be completed and Chromatics announced the LP in December 2014. The single "Shadow" was released in 2015, including physical copies on vinyl, ahead of the album. By 2015 Chromatics had also shared the tracks "In Films", "Just Like You" and "I Can Never Be Myself When You're Around" on the Internet. Angelina Mango (; born 10 April 2001) is an Italian singer-songwriter. She rose to prominence after her singles "Ci pensiamo domani" and "Che t'o dico a fa', Che t'o dico a fa" peaked within the top ten on the Italian singles chart in 2023. Federica Abbate (born in 1991) is an Italian composer, lyricist and singer-songwriter. Life and career Abbate started playing piano at 5 years old and graduated in sociology. In 2013 she won a contest for songwriters promoted by SIAE and by the Comune of Genoa, "Genova per voi", and got a contract with Universal Music Group. For her songs, she generally is the sole author for the music and collaborates with (Alfredo Giulio Rapetti, the son of Mogol) for the lyrics. It was written by Mango, Madame and Dardust, and produced by Dardust. The song was Angelina Mango's winning entry for the Sanremo Music Festival 2024, making her the first woman to win the festival in ten years. It was the 74th edition of Italy's musical festival which also doubles as a selection of the act for the Eurovision Song Contest, and represented the country at the 2024 event, where it finished in 7th place at the final with 268 points.
