Melodic Major Scale
The Hindu scale (also known as the Aeolian dominant scale, Olympian Scale, Mixolydian 6 r 13 Aeolian major, and melodic major) is the fifth mode of the melodic minor scale. It is named such because its sound derives from having a dominant seventh chord on the tonic in the context of what is otherwise the Aeolian mode. It corresponds to Raga Charukeshi in Indian Classical music. James Horner
James Roy Horner (August 14, 1953 – June 22, 2015) was an American composer. He was known for the integration of choral and electronic elements, and for his frequent use of motifs associated with Celtic music. Horner's first film score was in 1979 for '' The Lady in Red'', but he did not establish himself as an eminent film composer until his work on the 1982 film '' Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan''. ''The Mask of Zorro'' is a 1998 American swashbuckler film based on the character of the masked vigilante Zorro created by Johnston McCulley. The Aeolian mode is a musical mode or, in modern usage, a diatonic scale also called the natural minor scale. On the white piano keys, it is the scale that starts with A.
