Mejtaš
Mejtaš ( cyrl, Мејташ) is a neighbourhood of Bosnia and Herzegovina's capital Sarajevo, where it is located in the center of the city. The neighbourhood has some of the most expensive real estate properties in Sarajevo and it is one of the most prestigious parts in Sarajevo. It is also a residence of the former Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić. The Federal Ministry of Finance and the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina are located in Mejtaš. Centar, Sarajevo
Centar (Cyrillic: Центар, lit. ”Center") is a municipality of the city of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located between the older parts of the city under Stari Grad, and the newer more modern parts of the city under the municipalities Novi Grad and Novo Sarajevo. The Centar municipality, according to the government website, is the administrative, business, commercial, cultural, educational, and medical centre of Sarajevo. Although some of these may be disputed, Centar is certainly the most important part of Sarajevo, housing most major branches of the city and national governments. The chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina ( Bosnian/ Croatian: ''Predsjedavajući Vijeća ministara Bosne i Hercegovine'', ) is the head of the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Denis Zvizdić
Denis Zvizdić (born 9 June 1964) is a Bosnian politician who served as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2015 to 2019. He is currently a member of the House of Representatives. Zvizdić also served as Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton from 2003 to 2006. He was a longtime member of the Party of Democratic Action, until he left it in 2021 to join the People and Justice party. Early life and education Zvizdić was born on 9 June 1964 in Sarajevo. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Sarajevo, where he earned a PhD and in 2007 became a professor of architecture. Eternal Flame (Sarajevo)
The Eternal flame ( sh-Latn-Cyrl, Vječna vatra, Вјечна ватра) is a memorial to the military and civilian victims of the Second World War in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The memorial was dedicated on 6 April 1946, the first anniversary of the liberation of Sarajevo from the four-year-long occupation by Nazi Germany and the fascist Independent State of Croatia. The memorial was designed by architect Juraj Neidhardt and is located in the former Landesbank building at the center of Sarajevo at the junction of Mula Mustafa Bašeskije, Titova and Ferhadija streets.
