Houghtaling & Dougan was an American architectural firm based in Oregon. It was a partnership of Chester A. Houghtaling (October 27, 1882 – March 31, 1940) and Luther Lee Dougan (July 28, 1883 – October 9, 1983)."Architect Dougan dies" (October 12, 1983). ''The Oregonian'', p. D14. It is on the west bank of the Willamette River in the northeastern corner of the southwest section of the city and where most of the city's high-rise buildings are found.
