McLaren Driver Development Programme
The McLaren Driver Development Programme (formerly known as the McLaren Young Driver Programme, the McLaren-Honda Young Driver Programme, and the McLaren-Mercedes Young Driver Support Programme) is a driver development program operated by McLaren. It is intended to offer year-by-year guidance, assistance and endorsement to help promising young racers climb the motorsport ladder. The most notable participant in the programme is Lewis Hamilton, who joined the programme while karting and eventually graduated to the McLaren F1 Team. He has won the Formula One Drivers' Championship seven times between 2008 and 2020, where the championship was won with McLaren. Hamilton is currently the only graduate from the programme who has won a World Championship as a McLaren driver. Four programme drivers have graduated to the McLaren F1 Team: Lewis Hamilton in , Kevin Magnussen in , Stoffel Vandoorne in , and Lando Norris in . 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship
The 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship will be the eleventh season of the FIA World Endurance Championship, an auto racing series organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO). The series is open to prototype and grand tourer-style racing cars divided into three categories. World Championship titles will be awarded to the leading manufacturers and drivers in both the prototype and grand tourer divisions. It is the first season in which LMDh (Le Mans Daytona h) entries will be allowed to compete in the Hypercar category for championship points alongside LMH (Le Mans Hypercar) entries, after being permitted on a race-by-race basis in 2022. The FIA World Endurance Championship is an auto racing world championship organized by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) and sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The series supersedes the ACO's former Intercontinental Le Mans Cup which began in 2010 and is the first endurance series of world championship status since the demise of the World Sportscar Championship at the end of 1992. 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship
The 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship is the twelfth season of the FIA World Endurance Championship, an auto racing series organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO). The series will be open to Hypercars (built under Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) or Le Mans Daytona h (LMDh) regulations) and LMGT3 racing cars. This is the first season of the World Endurance Championship without the LMP2 class, after it was dropped due to the increasing demand in the Hypercar and LMGT3 classes, and a maximum amount of 37 cars on the full-season grid. The LMP2 class will still take part at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 2023 Euro 4 Championship was the inaugural season of the Euro 4 Championship. It was a multi-event motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations, run by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion. Euro 4 Championship is a formula racing series regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The Championship was inaugurated in 2023.
