The Mayor of Lahore ( ur, ) is the leader of the municipal government of Lahore (Metropolitan Corporation Lahore) in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The mayor is directly-elected in municipal elections every four years alongside 9 deputy town mayors. The mayor is responsible for the administration of government services, the composition of councils and committees overseeing Lahore District departments and serves as the chairperson for meeting of Lahore Council. Ejaz Chaudhary
Ejaz Ahmed Chaudhary, commonly referred to as Ejaz Chaudhary (born 15 September 1956), is a serving Pakistani senator, national politician, and former deputy mayor of Lahore. As of 2019, he is the President of PTI Punjab. In 2007 Chaudhary had joined Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
