Ian Koromah (born 1995), better known by the stage name Maxsta, is an English grime MC from South East London. He is signed Just Jam, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment. A fast-paced, choppy style of delivery has led him to be compared to fellow London rapper Dizzee Rascal. He has worked with Tinie Tempah, Chipmunk, and Wiley. Early life Koromah was born in Lewisham, London, in 1995. His parents had moved from Sierra Leone to avoid its civil war. Raised in Peckham, Koromah's family then moved to East Ham in the borough of Newham. It was here that Koromah attended Langdon School: the same school as Kano attended. He became known as Maxsta after telling people his name was Maxwell to avoid being called Ian. Brandon Jolie, known professionally as Maniac, is a British grime producer. Maniac has produced for various artists such as Wiley, Tinchy Stryder, and Chip. Career 2006–09 Maniac first came to prominence at the age of 16 when his track "Bow E3" was used by Wiley for his album '' Playtime Is Over''. Justin Clarke, better known by his stage name Ghetts (formerly Ghetto), is a British grime MC, rapper and songwriter. His music has been played on national radio stations such as BBC Radio 1, Kiss 100, BBC Asian Network, and BBC Radio 1Xtra. Currently, Ghetts is signed to independent record label Disrupt, and released his debut studio album, '' Rebel with a Cause'', on 9 March 2014. Known for his hard hitting lyrics and intricate rhyme schemes, he is associated and has toured internationally with such acts as Kano and was a member of NASTY Crew. Kaine Brett Robinson (born 21 May 1985), better known as Kano, is a British rapper, songwriter and actor from East Ham, London. A significant contributor to grime music, he is widely considered one of the pioneers of grime music and culture, alongside artists such as Wiley and Dizzee Rascal. Amary Lorenzo, better known as Scrufizzer, is an English musician, MC, singer-songwriter, and record producer from West London. He first gained recognition as a grime producer before building a reputation for his bashment-influenced flow and versatility. Lewisham () is an area of southeast London, England, south of Charing Cross. Jahmek Power (born 3 June 1982), better known by his stage name Jammer, is a British grime MC, rapper, songwriter and record producer, known for being a member of Boy Better Know and a former member of N.A.S.T.Y Crew. Bow, London
Bow () is an area of East London within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is primarily a built-up and mostly residential area and is east of Charing Cross. It was in the traditional county of Middlesex but became part of the County of London following the passing of the Local Government Act 1888. Langdon Academy (formerly Langdon School) is a mixed all-through school with academy status, located on Sussex Road, East Ham in the London Borough of Newham, England.
