Max Holmes
Max Holmes (born 29 August 2002) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Geelong in the Australian Football League (AFL). Geelong traded their future first round pick with Richmond to secure Pick 20 in the 2020 AFL draft to select Holmes. Holmes made his AFL debut in round 3 of the 2021 AFL season against Hawthorn in the traditional Easter Monday clash. Holmes' mother is former Olympian Lee Naylor. Sandringham Dragons
The Sandringham Dragons are an Australian rules football club playing in the NAB League, the top statewide under-18 competition in Victoria, Australia. They are based at the Trevor Barker Oval in Sandringham, Victoria, representing the southern suburban area of Melbourne. The Dragons were one of the founding metropolitan clubs of the competition in 1992 as part of a plan by the Victorian State Football League to replace the traditional club zones with independent junior clubs. This was to help aid in player development and the process of the AFL draft. The club was originally named the ''Central Dragons'' and played out of Toorak Oval in Prahran, Victoria. In 1995 the name of the club was changed to ''Prahran Dragons'' as part of the agreement which saw the Prahran Two Blues exit the senior Victorian Football League. Hawthorn Football Club
The Hawthorn Football Club, nicknamed the Hawks, is a professional Australian rules football club based in Mulgrave, Victoria, that competes in the Australian Football League (AFL). McClelland Trophy
The McClelland Trophy is an Australian rules football trophy which has been awarded each year since 1951 by the Australian Football League (known prior to 1990 as the Victorian Football League) to the best-performing club in the home-and-away season. Between 1951 and 1990, the Trophy was presented to the club with the highest aggregate points across the three grades of competition - seniors, Reserves and Under-19s - with senior wins carrying a higher value. After the AFL announced that the Under-19s competition would be shut down at the end of the 1991 season, to be replaced with an Under-18s competition independent of the AFL clubs, the Trophy has been presented to the club finishing the AFL home-and-away season on top of the ladder, thus merging the Trophy with the minor premiership. Lee Naylor (sprinter)
Lee Michelle Naylor (born 26 January 1971 in Shepparton, Victoria) is a retired sprinter from Australia. She qualified to the quarter-finals in the 400 metres at the 1996 Summer Olympics before finishing 8th and ran on her national 4 × 400 metres relay team that finished sixth in the qualifying round. At the 2000 Summer Olympics she repeated qualifying to the quarter-finals then finishing 8th in the quarterfinals. At the 1995 World Championships in Athletics her relay team captured the bronze medal. She ran the third leg on her relay team at the 1998 Commonwealth Games that won gold. She also set her personal record at 51.35 that year. At the 1999 World Championships in Athletics she was disqualified for a lane violation. The 2021 AFL season was the 125th season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior men's Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989. TAC Cup
The NAB League Boys (also referred to as simply the NAB League and formerly known as the TAC Cup) is an under-19 Australian rules football representative competition held in Australia. It is based on geographic regions throughout country Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne with each team representing twelve Victorian regions, while a thirteenth team from Tasmania was reintroduced in 2019.
