''Maung Mu Paing Shin'' ( my, မောင့်မူပိုင်ရှင်) is a 2000 Burmese musical drama romance film directed by Ko San Aung. The film stars Dwe, Lwin Moe, Htun Eaindra Bo and Htet Htet Moe Oo in the lead roles. This is the first and last film made by advertising director Ko San Aung, because he died unexpectedly near the cinema. The film is a remake of the 1964 black-and-white film of the same name. Lwin Moe
Lwin Moe ( my, လွင်မိုး, ; born 1970) is a three-time Myanmar Academy Award winning Burmese film actor. He was born on an island in the Mergui Archipelago at the southern end of Myanmar. Father of two girls, Lwin Moe was a UNICEF "partner" for Myanmar in 2005. His grandfather is a Punjab (India) origin. Lwin Moe has different talents including acting, singing, and photography. He is famous for his acting roles in comedy movies, and also used to sing several songs. He took a break from the movie business beginning around 2005. Htun Eaindra Bo ( my, ထွန်းအိန္ဒြာဗို, ; also Htun Aeindra Bo; born 1 May 1966) is a three-time Myanmar Academy Award winning actress and singer. The Mogok native began her film career in 1991, and has achieved fame and success as an actor and singer. Now in her 50s, she is still a household name in Myanmar, especially for rural Myanmar and continues to make films and performs in concerts. Htet Htet Moe Oo ( my, ထက်ထက်မိုးဦး; born Hmone Shwe Yi on 8 May 1971) is a two-time Myanmar Academy Award winning Burmese actress, most well known as the "queen of commercials" for her prolific TV commercial appearances during the 1990s to early 2000s. He is considered one of the most successful Burmese singers and rose to fame with his debut album ''Chit Thu Myat Yet Nayt''. Early life and education Si Thu Lwin was born on 25 March 1973 in Yangon, Myanmar. He is the only son of Ngwe Kyi, a cartoonist and his wife Daw Kywe. Kutho ( my, ကုသိုလ်; born Myint Thein) was a well known Burmese director and comedian, active from 1990s to 2010s. He started as a comedian at anyeints before becoming a director in show business. Thu Maung ( my, သုမောင် ; 13 March 1951 – 16 May 2010; born Bala) was a Myanmar Academy Award-winning film actor, singer as well as a distinguished writer and director. Throughout his film career, Thu Maung acted in over 40 films. He was born in Rangoon, Burma to parents U Thadu, a well-known author and director, and Daw Khin Nyo. Thu Maung was educated at St. Paul's High School. In 1966, he was admitted into the Government Technical High School, where he subsequently obtained a diploma in diesel engineering in 1969.
