Matías Villarreal
Matías Raúl Villarreal (born 16 January 1992) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for CLUB DEPORTIVO MAIPÚ. Club career Villarreal initially played in the youth system of Luján de Cuyo, prior to spending two years in the ranks of Deportivo Guaymallén. 2006 saw Villarreal head to Independiente Rivadavia, appearing exclusively for their youth sides up until 2011. His senior debut arrived in Primera B Nacional on 7 May 2011 against CAI, with the central midfielder starting an eventual goalless home draw; though would be substituted off at the interval. He had previously been on the bench versus San Martín a month prior. Ten appearances later, Villarreal scored in a win over All Boys on 15 November 2014; a ninetieth minute winner. After sixty-nine matches for Independiente Rivadavia, Villarreal switched Primera B Nacional for Primera B Metropolitana after agreeing a move to Estudiantes in August 2017. Godoy Cruz is a city in the provinces of Argentina, province of Mendoza Province, Mendoza, Argentina. It has 183,000 inhabitants as per the , and is part of the metropolitan area of the provincial capital (Mendoza, Argentina, Mendoza). Primera B Metropolitana
Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires. Originally created as the second division, it became the third level after a restructuring of the system in 1985 that ended with the creation of Primera B Nacional, set as the second division since then. The other league at level three is the Torneo Federal A, where teams from regional leagues take part. Format Primera B Metropolitana is currently organized so, during the course of a season, each club plays the others twice (a double round robin system), once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents.
