Matt Okoh
Matthew Nwabueze Okoh (born May 19, 1972) is a former U.S.-Nigerian soccer player and currently assistant coach of the DSU Hornets Women. His playing career spanned eight years and took him from the United States to Brazil, Germany and Portugal. Since retiring from playing, Okoh has devoted himself to coaching collegiate soccer. Playing career Youth and college While born in Washington, D.C., Okoh's family moved back to Asaba, Nigeria for several years. His family then returned to the U.S., this time settling in Denver. Okoh attended Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, Colorado. After graduating from high school, Okoh remained in the Denver area, attending the University of Denver where he played men's soccer. He finished his collegiate career second on the team’s career list of goals and points, having scored fifty goals in thirty-seven games. Carlos Parra (soccer, Born 1977)
Carlos Parra (born February 3, 1977) is a retired American soccer player who was the first player signed by MLS Pro 40. He played professionally as a defender in Major League Soccer and the USL First Division. Professional career Club Parra played for the Oakwood Soccer Club in Glastonbury, CT. In 1997, Parra graduated from Hamden Hall Country Day School where he was a two-time Parade Magazine All American soccer player. On March 1, 1997, Parra became the first player to sign with MLS Project 40. The league assigned him to the MetroStars. He began the 1998 season on loan to MLS Pro 40 in the USISL A-League. On June 5, 1998, the MetroStars traded Parra to the Miami Fusion for Ramiro Corrales. Imad Baba (born March 15, 1974) is a former American association football, soccer midfielder. He spent seven years in Major League Soccer (MLS) with the New England Revolution and Colorado Rapids. He was also a member of the American squads at the 1989 U-16 World Championships, 1993 U-20 World Cup and the 1996 Summer Olympics. Alan Woods (born October 12, 1978) is a retired American soccer defender who played a season in Major League Soccer and six in the USL First Division. He is currently the coach of the Oglethorpe University women's team. Player Youth Woods attended Paint Branch High School where he was a 1995 All Met Honorable Mention soccer player. In 1996, he began his collegiate career at the University of Notre Dame where he was named to the Big East All-Rookie team and second team All Great Lakes Region. The Regionalliga Süd ( en, Regional League South) was the fourth tier of the German football league system from 2008 to 2012. Until the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008, it was the third tier. American Professional Soccer League
The American Professional Soccer League (APSL) was a professional men's soccer league with teams from the United States and later Canada. It was formed in 1990 by the merger of the third American Soccer League with the Western Soccer League. It was the first outdoor soccer league to feature teams from throughout the United States since the demise of the North American Soccer League in 1984. The league was sanctioned as Division II in the United States soccer league system but was the country's ''de facto'' top professional soccer league until 1995.
