Matt Johnson (drummer)
Matt Johnson (born 6 November 1970 in Houston, Texas ) is an American drummer who played in the band of Jeff Buckley, appearing and co-writing one song on his album ''Grace'' in 1994, as well as on subsequent live releases and EPs. Although he stopped playing with Buckley before recording began on what was to become the singer's final original album (released posthumously as ''Sketches for My Sweetheart the Drunk''), Johnson shares writing credits for one of its tracks. Matt Johnson has also performed and recorded with Duncan Sheik, Elysian Fields, Rufus Wainwright, Martha Wainwright, Gabriel Kahane, Dean Wareham, Britta Phillips, Beth Orton, David Poe, Theo Eastwind and Jade Bird. Johnson toured with American indie musician St. Vincent from 2011 to 2019. Johnson has released two solo albums: ''Cagefighter'' and ''Law of the Land''. Jeff Buckley
Jeffrey Scott Buckley (November 17, 1966 – May 29, 1997), raised as Scott Moorhead, was an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. After a decade as a session guitarist in Los Angeles, Buckley amassed a following in the early 1990s by performing cover songs at venues in East Village, Manhattan, such as Sin-é, while gradually focusing more on his own material. After rebuffing interest from record labels and Herb Cohen—the manager of his father, singer Tim Buckley— he signed with Columbia, recruited a band, and recorded what would be his only studio album, ''Grace'', in 1994. Over the following three years, the band toured extensively to promote ''Grace'', including concerts in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Australia. In 1996, they stopped touring and made sporadic attempts to record Buckley's second album in New York City with Tom Verlaine as the producer. Angus & Julia Stone are an Australian folk and indie pop group, formed in 2006 by brother and sister Angus and Julia Stone. Angus & Julia Stone have released five studio albums: '' A Book Like This'' (2007), '' Down the Way'' (2010), '' Angus & Julia Stone'' (2014), ''Snow'' (2017) and ''Life Is Strange'' (2021). Eric J Dubowsky also known as Eric J, is a Grammy, Emmy, ARIA, and APRA award-winning mixer, songwriter and record producer. Eric grew up in the New York City suburb of Tenafly, New Jersey and graduated from Tenafly High School in 1993. Jade Elizabeth Bird (born 1 October 1997) is an English singer, songwriter and musician. Bird's music has been influenced by many Folk music, folk and Americana (music), Americana artists. The media, when describing Bird's music, have drawn comparisons with pop music, pop, Americana, country music, country and folk rock. Bird's childhood was spent in Hexham, London, Germany and Bridgend, South Wales. It was in Bridgend, living with her mother following the separation of her parents, that Bird began to write songs. In her final year at BRIT School, she recorded a Demo (music), demo that led to a management deal. This, in turn, was followed by her signing to Glassnote Records. In 2017, she released her first extended play (EP) titled ''Something American''.
