Matt Barnes is an American soccer coach. Barnes was inducted into the Judson Eagles' hall of fame. Barnes has as B.A. in Physical Education and General Science from Judson University, and a M.S. in Special Education from National University. He played one season in the USISL in 1996 with the Rockford Raptors. West Texas FC is an American soccer team based in Midland, Texas, United States. Founded in 2008, the team plays in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the Lone Star Conference of the South Region.
