MasterChef Turkey
''MasterChef Turkey'' (''MasterChef Türkiye'') is a Turkish competitive cooking game show based on the original British ''MasterChef''. Its first season was broadcast on Show TV Show TV is a nationwide television channel in Turkey owned by Albayrak Holding since 2018, acquired from Sadık Albayrak which in turn seized from Ciner Media Group after Turgay Ciner was forced to sell due to tax debts. The channel replaces Cine ..., but since 2018 it has been screened on TV8. Chefs Murat Bozok, Batuhan Piatti and Erol Kaynar served as the first season's judges, which was presented by Öykü Serter. For the show's second season in 2018, Mehmet Yalçınkaya, Hazer Amani and Somer Sivrioğlu joined the program as the new judges. Amani was replaced by Danilo Zanna in 2019. Two different groups, Blue and Red, compete to win the main title. Konak is a district of İzmir Province in Turkey. It is the most densely populated of the eleven main urban districts of İzmir, and has historically acted as the administrative and economic core of the city. Danilo Zanna (born 15 April 1982) is an Italian chef, television presenter, and restaurant operator residing in Turkey. He has been a judge in the reality show MasterChef Turkey since 2019.
