Massimo Ceccaroni
Massimo Ceccaroni (born 15 August 1968) is a retired Swiss-Italian footballer who played as a defender or midfielder. He played for FC Basel for very nearly his entire career. He was later trainer at amateur club BSC Old Boys and then trainer of the Basel U-21 team. Between 2012 and 2020 he was technical manager of the youth department. Since 2017 he is on Board of Directors of the FCB Holding AG and since January 2020 general manager sports project India, Chennai City FC - FC Basel. Dominique Herr (born 25 October 1965 in Basel) is a Swiss former football defensive midfielder who played throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Club career Herr started his youth football at local club FC Basel. He advanced to their first team for their 1985–86 season and signed his first professional contract under manager Ernst-August Künnecke. Mario "Lupo" Cantaluppi (born 11 April 1974) is a Swiss former professional footballer who played as a defender or midfielder. Marco Walker (born 2 May 1970) is a Swiss football manager and a former international who played as a defender during the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. Club career Walker started his youth football with local club FC Bellach. From 1983 with he was with FC Solothurn, FC Grenchen, again Solothurn and Bettlach, before signing his first professional contract in 1988 with FC Grenchen in the second tier of Swiss football. Reto Baumgartner (born 28 April 1967) is a retired Swiss professional footballer who played in the late 1980s and early 1990s as defender. Since FC Basel's AGM in 2008, Baumgartner is a member of the club board of directors and since 16 November 2020, he is president of the club. He is businessman and member of the Basel-Stadt trade association. Football career Baumgartner played his youth football with Wettingen. Stefan Huber (born 14 June 1966) is a Swiss former footballer who played as a goalkeeper during the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s. Club career Huber played his youth football by local club FC Unterstrass. He then moved to Grasshopper Club and began his professional career under with them in 1984 under head-coach Miroslav Blažević.
