Massimiliano Rossi
Volturian is a heavy metal band from Italy. History Volturian started as a project of Federico Mondelli from Frozen Crown. He said that he enjoys writing songs much more than to actually play an instrument, and that several songs he wrote would justify a whole new band with a different style. He worked in this project with Federica Lanna, singer of Sleeping romance. They had met during the Milady Metal Fest in Mantova. Mondelli wrote the songs specifically for Lanna's singing style, tastes and personality. The first album, "Crimson", was released in 2021. Mondelli and Lana attempted to combine their influences of 1990's pop and heavy metal, along with lyrics and imagery reminiscent of films such as ''Underworld'', '' Van Helsing'', and '' Blade''. It includes a guest appearance of Frozen Crown's singer Giada Etro for the song "In a heartbeat", which contrasts their singing styles. Symphonic Metal
Symphonic metal is a cross-generic style designation for the symphonic subsets of heavy metal music subgenres. It is used to denote any metal band that makes use of symphonic or orchestral elements. The style features the heavy drums and guitars of metal with different elements of orchestral classical music, such as symphonic instruments, choirs and sometimes a full orchestra, or just keyboard orchestration. Symphonic metal bands can feature classically trained vocalists, in which case they can be attributed nicknames such as opera metal or operatic metal. Perhaps the most pioneering and prominent examples of symphonic metal bands are Swedish band Therion, Finnish band Nightwish, Italian band Rhapsody of Fire and Dutch bands Within Temptation, The Gathering and Epica. Red Dragon (novel)
''Red Dragon'' is a psychological horror novel by American author Thomas Harris, first published in 1981. The plot follows former FBI profiler Will Graham, who comes out of retirement to find and apprehend an enigmatic serial killer nicknamed "the Tooth Fairy". The novel introduced the character Dr. Hannibal Lecter, a brilliant psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer whom Graham reluctantly turns to for advice and with whom he has a dark past. The title refers to the figure from William Blake's painting '' The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed in Sun''. The novel was adapted as a film, '' Manhunter'', in 1986, which featured Brian Cox as Lecter (spelled "Lecktor" within the film). I Want Out (Helloween Song)
"I Want Out" is a song by the German power metal band Helloween from the album ''Keeper of the Seven Keys, Pt. 2'', that was released as a single in 1988. It was written by Kai Hansen, who said in an interview that it was a hint of him really wanting "out" of the band. Musically, the song is characterised by a recognisable introduction and Michael Kiske's trademark high pitched singing in the chorus. It is also punk-influenced (especially the rebellious lyrics) in contrast to other Helloween songs, or Hansen's post-Helloween work. The promovideo was shown on MTV and was directed by Storm Thorgerson. It is one of the Helloween's most recognizable songs, and is often performed live by Helloween and both Hansen's and Kiske's current bands Gamma Ray and Unisonic. Helloween
Helloween is a German power metal band founded in 1984 in Hamburg by members of bands Iron Fist, Gentry, Second Hell and Powerfool. Its first lineup consisted of singer and guitarist Kai Hansen, bassist Markus Grosskopf, guitarist Michael Weikath and drummer Ingo Schwichtenberg. By the time Hansen quit Helloween in 1989 to form Gamma Ray, the band had evolved into a five-piece, with Michael Kiske taking over as lead vocalist. Schwichtenberg and Kiske both parted ways with Helloween in 1993; Schwichtenberg died two years later as the result of suicide. Between then and 2016, there had been numerous line-up changes, leaving Grosskopf and Weikath as the only remaining original members. Infected Rain is a Moldovan heavy metal band formed in 2008 in Chișinău. They are signed to Napalm Records. History The group was formed in 2008 by guitarist Vadim "Vidick" Ojog, lead vocalist Elena Cataraga a.k.a. Lena Scissorhands, and DJ Ivan Kristioglo a.k.a. DJ Kapa. They debuted in August 2008 at a concert dedicated to Slayer.
