Maryscott (Scotty) Greenwood is a corporate director and an American expert in Canada/U.S. relations. In September 2023, she was appointed as global head of government relations for Manulife, based in Ontario. She is a former political appointee in the Presidency of Bill Clinton, Clinton Administration who until recently held the position of Partner in Crestview Strategy US LLC and the Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian-American Business Council. Greenwood is an advocate for free trade and a frequent commentator on trade issues. On May 15, 2023, Greenwood testified before the Committee on International Trade of the House of Commons in Ottawa, Canada, on trade regulation.
