Marvadene (Bubbles) Anderson (born 1 May 1993) is a Jamaican basketball and netball player, at one time recognized as the world's tallest teenage girl at . Anderson is originally from Prospect in Clarendon Parish, where she attended Edwin Allen Comprehensive High School. She also played in the Jamaican U16 netball team. Pittsburgh Panthers women's basketball is the NCAA Division I intercollegiate women's basketball program of the University of Pittsburgh, often referred to as "Pitt", located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university.
