Fernando "Marty" Martinez is an American Democratic politician from Virginia. He was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election from the 29th district. Martinez was Vice Mayor of Leesburg, Virginia. Virginia's 29th House of Delegates district elects one of 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state's bicameral legislature. District 29 represents the city of Winchester, Virginia, Winchester as well as parts of Frederick County, Virginia, Frederick and Warren County, Virginia, Warren counties.
