Maro Prapancham
''Maro Prapancham'' () is a 1970 Telugu-language film, produced by Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Adurthi Subba Rao under the Chakravarthy Chitra banner and directed by Adurthi Subba Rao. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Savitri, Jamuna and music composed by K. V. Mahadevan. Plot During the time of Gandhji's centenary birth celebrations, several leaders & social reformers give messages regarding the ideologies of Gandhi which they do not follow in real life. At this point in time, 9 youngsters who are fed up with these double-standards form into an organization and kidnap children from all over the country. They create a special world called ''Maro Prapancham'' where jealousy, rivalry, caste & community do not exist, even Goddess of India (Jamuna) lands at the place. Adurthi Subba Rao
Adurthi Subba Rao (16 December 1912 – 1 October 1975) was an Indian film director, cinematographer, screenwriter, editor and producer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. Rao is widely regarded as the intellectual fountain head of Indian drama films. He has garnered seven National Film Awards. Rao made his foray into cinema as Associate to Uday Shankar in the 1948 dance film Kalpana, which was showcased in the "Treasures from National Film Archive of India" at the 39th International Film Festival of India. The 1960 film Nammina Bantu was a work of drama in the broader sense achieved by means of actors who represented mimesis throughout the narrative. Suryakantham (actress)
Suryakantham (28 October 1924 – 18 December 1994) was an Indian actress in Tollywood. She was popular for playing the role of a cruel mother-in-law in most of her movies. Early life Suryakantham was born and brought up in a Telugu Brahmin family residing at Venkata Krishnaraya Puram near Kakinada of East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. She was the 14th child to her parents, ten of whose children had died. She learnt dance and singing at the age of six. She married Peddibhotla Chalapati Rao, a High Court Judge, in 1950. Career Suryakantham started as a dancer in '' Chandralekha'', produced by the Gemini Studios, for which she had been paid Rs 75 in remuneration. Srirangam Srinivasa Rao (30 April 1910 – 15 June 1983), popularly known as Sri Sri, was an Indian poet and lyricist who is known for his works in Telugu literature and films. Akkineni Nageswara Rao (20 September 1923 – 22 January 2014), widely known as ANR, was an Indian actor and producer, known for his works majorly in Telugu cinema. Mada Venkateswara Rao (4 June 1935 - 24 October 2015) was an Indian actor from Andhra Pradesh. He acted in more than 600 films. He played notable roles in the films '' Mutyala Muggu'', '' Lambadolla Ramdasu'', and '' Mayadari Malligadu''. He was known for his comedy roles.
