Mark Nwokeji
Mark Obidozie Chukwuemeka Nwokeji (born 30 January 1982) is an English footballer. Career Born in Manchester, Nwokeji was the 200 metres All-England Schoolboy champion prior to becoming a footballer. His former clubs include Walton & Hersham, Harlow Town, Leatherhead, Chesham United, Ware, St Albans City and Staines Town. Whilst with Staines on a part-time basis, Nwokeji studied as a law student. Nwokeji signed for League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge from Isthmian Premier outfit Staines Town, where he was a prolific goalscorer, in May 2008. He scored on his debut for ''the Daggers'' on 9 August 2008, in a 6–0 home win against Chester City. He went on to make 20 appearances for Dagenham in all competitions in the 2008–09 season, scoring five times, before suffering a serious knee ligament injury in January 2009 that ruled him out for nine months. 200 Metres
The 200 metres, or 200-meter dash, is a sprint running event. On an outdoor 400 metre racetrack, the race begins on the curve and ends on the home straight, so a combination of techniques is needed to successfully run the race. A slightly shorter race, called the '' stadion'' and run on a straight track, was the first recorded event at the ancient Olympic Games. The 200 m places more emphasis on speed endurance than shorter sprint distances as athletes predominantly rely on anaerobic energy system during the 200 m sprint. Similarly to other sprint distances, the 200 m begins from the starting blocks. When the sprinters adopt the 'set' position in the blocks they are able to adopt a more efficient starting posture and isometrically preload their muscles. This enables them to stride forwards more powerfully when the race begins and start faster. Richard Money
Richard Money (born 13 October 1955) is an English former footballer and manager who was most recently manager of National League club Hartlepool United. Before this, he managed Cambridge United, overseeing the side's return to the Football League after a nine-year absence. Money was dismissed by Cambridge in November 2015. Playing career Born in Lowestoft, Suffolk, Money grew up a Norwich City fan. After captaining Lowestoft and Suffolk Boys as a youngster, he joined Ipswich Town as an associate schoolboy when he was 14. The 90-mile return journey between home and Portman Road proved difficult however, leading to Money not being retained by the ''Tractor Boys'' when he left school.
