Now Mark works as a producer, engineer, and mixer at his own studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Lewis was a former producer at Audio Hammer Studios in Sanford, Florida. Hard Rock
Hard rock or heavy rock is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars. Hard rock began in the mid-1960s with the garage, psychedelic and blues rock movements. Some of the earliest hard rock music was produced by the Kinks, the Who, The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Cream, Vanilla Fudge, and the Jimi Hendrix Experience. In the late 1960s, bands such as Blue Cheer, the Jeff Beck Group, Iron Butterfly, Led Zeppelin, Golden Earring, Steppenwolf and Deep Purple also produced hard rock. The genre developed into a major form of popular music in the 1970s, with the Who, Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple being joined by Queen, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Kiss, and Van Halen. Seemless
Seemless was an American rock/metal group formed by ex-Shadows Fall/Unearth drummer Derek Kerswill, Killswitch Engage vocalist Jesse Leach, and ex-Overcast/Killswitch Engage guitarist Pete Cortese. Formed in 2002 following Leach's departure from Killswitch Engage, Seemless was signed to Equal Vision Records, and released their first LP, ''Seemless''. They toured with Nonpoint, Trivium, In Flames, SOiL, Fu Manchu, Lacuna Coil, and several others. In late 2012/early 2013 it was announced that Threshold of Pain Records, an imprint label of media company Nefarious Realm would be re-issuing their debut album ''Seemless'' on limited edition vinyl. Hell Within was an American metalcore band formed in Lowell, Massachusetts, in 1998. After recording two albums as Twytch, the band changed their name to Hell Within and released ''Asylum of the Human Predator'' through Lifeforce Records in 2005. After extensive touring across the United States and lineup changes, the band released '' Shadows of Vanity'' in 2007. Ferret Music
Ferret Music was an American independent record label turned Warner Music Group subsidiary, founded in 1996. The label is owned by NORA's vocalist, Carl Severson, and based in West Windsor, New Jersey. Ferret recently started an imprint called New Weathermen Records. Warner Music Group's Alternative Distribution Alliance acquired a stake in Ferret Music in August, 2006, and as a result is currently distributed by Fontana Distribution, Alternative Distribution Alliance and eOne Music. ''Resurrection'' is the fourth studio album by Chimaira, released on March 6, 2007. Debuting at number 42 on the ''Billboard'' 200 charts, ''Resurrection'' shipped about 16,000 copies sold in its first week. The album was released in two forms: a regular version, and a limited edition version with different cover artwork and a DVD documentary of the making of the album. Chimaira's first album with Ferret Music since leaving Roadrunner Records, ''Resurrection'' features original drummer Andols Herrick who rejoined the group shortly before the writing process. Chimaira
Chimaira () is an American heavy metal band from Cleveland, Ohio. Formed in August 1998, the group was a member of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal scene. The band's name is derived from the word Chimera, a monstrous creature in Greek mythology. Throughout its history, the band had numerous line-up changes, leaving vocalist Mark Hunter as the only constant member. The band dissolved in 2014, but announced a one-off reunion in late 2017 wherein most of the group's longtime members rejoined. Adrift (band)
Adrift is a Tampa, Florida-based American heavy rock band featuring Jack Owen, former guitarist for Deicide and Cannibal Corpse, on guitar. Other members include Kevin Astl on drums, Jen Parker (Animosity) on bass, and vocalist Dean Pskowski (Synapse). History Adrift began in early 2002, as former Cannibal Corpse guitarist Jack Owen was looking to write more diverse styles of music and sought other like-minded musicians.
