Louise Summers Rob Owen Robert "Rob" Owen is a fictional character from the long-running Channel 4 soap opera '' Hollyoaks'', played by David Prosho between 2005 and 2006. He is Carrie Owen's estranged husband. He recently returned after finding out about his son Russ Owen's cancer. Originally ostracized from the family because he refused to believe his other son Sam Owen's innocence when he was imprisoned, Rob returned after Russ warned him that he could be at risk from cancer, and after his daughter Nicole Owen begged him to stay. Justin Burton
Justin Burton is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Chris Fountain. Justin arrived in 2003 and departed on 3 June 2009. Justin arrived in a family of six, however by September 2006, the Burton family had left the show. It was announced in March 2009 that Fountain had decided to leave the show and would depart in a 'major storyline which echoes the fire which killed his sisters'. A myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, occurs when blood flow decreases or stops to the coronary artery of the heart, causing damage to the heart muscle. The most common symptom is chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder, arm, back, neck or jaw. Steph Roach (also Dean and Cunningham) is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Carley Stenson. She debuted on-screen during the episode airing on 8 March 2000. Steph was introduced into the serial by executive producer Jo Hallows. In 2009 Stenson decided to quit, but the then producer Lucy Allan convinced her to stay to play out a dramatic storyline. The announcement of her departure was made public in June 2010. Stenson's fellow cast members have described her as a "''Hollyoaks'' legend" because of her lengthy duration. Craig Dean
Craig Dean is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Guy Burnet. The character was introduced as a youngest brother of established character Steph Dean (Carley Stenson). He made his first appearance on 24 October 2002. Burnet has won and been nominated for several awards for this role. Burnet departed the role in September 2007 and returned to the show on 3 September 2008 in a storyline which saw Craig secure a "sunset ending" with John Paul McQueen ( James Sutton). Frankie Osborne
Frankie Osborne (also Dean) is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Helen Pearson. She made her first on-screen appearance on 9 October 2002. Frankie was once the longest-serving female character in the show. On 9 October 2017, Pearson announced that she would depart the show and Frankie was killed off on 1 November 2017 after suffering a stroke, making her the second member of the Dean family to be killed off since her daughter Steph Cunningham (Carley Stenson) in 2010. Jake Dean is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Kevin Sacre. Sacre portrayed the character between 2002 and 2008, before making a return on 5 October 2009. In March 2010, Sacre was axed from the series by Paul Marquess during his major revamp and cast cull. The following is a list of characters that first appeared or will appear in the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'' in 2012, by order of first appearance. All characters are introduced by the series' producer, Emma Smithwick. The first character to be announced was Ally Gorman; soon followed by Phoebe Jackson. While interviewed by ''Inside Soap'', Smithwick announced that she planned to introduce more characters to expand the Kane family.
