Marisa Mackle (born c. 1973) is a journalist and romance novelist of over 13 books who also writes for children. She was educated in Mount Anville in Dublin before travelling Europe for several years. She became an air hostess and a receptionist and has used her experiences in her novels. She began writing in hotels while working as an air hostess. Her first novel was successful and today she writes both books and articles, including for the Herald. Armagh ( ; ga, Ard Mhacha, , "Macha's height") is the county town of County Armagh and a city in Northern Ireland, as well as a civil parish.
