Marine Drive (film)
''Marine Drive'' is a 1955 Indian Hindi-language film, starring Ajit, Bina Rai in lead roles. The film deals with the smuggling business and underworld crime. It was the first film that G. P. Sippy released under his production house Sippy Films. Sahir Ludhianvi composed lyrics for the film and told Sippy that because Sippy did not drink, he would never understand the lyrics "Mujhko na koi hosh na gham, main nashe main hoon" (English: "Neither me nor any conscious sorrow, I'm drunk, I am") from the film. Ajit Khan
Hamid Ali Khan (27 January 1922 – 22 October 1998), better known by his stage name Ajit, was an Indian actor active in Hindi films. He acted in over two hundred movies over almost four decades. Bina Rai (13 July 1931 – 6 December 2009), sometimes referred to as Beena Rai, was an Indian actress, primarily of the black and white era of Hindi cinema. She is most known for her roles in classics such as ''Anarkali'' (1953), '' Ghunghat'' (1960) and ''Taj Mahal'' (1963), and won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her performance in ''Ghunghat''. Badruddin Jamaluddin Kazi (11 November 1924 – 29 July 2003), better known by his stage name Johnny Walker, was an Indian actor who acted in around 300 films. He was best known for his humorous roles in Indian films, notably being typecasted as a hapless drunkard. Early life When his father lost his job, the family moved to Mumbai. Datta Naik (12 December 1927 – 30 December 1987), also credited as N. Datta, was an Indian film music director in Hindi films. Born in the then Portuguese colony of Goa, Naik, started his career as an assistant to the legendary music director S. D. Burman in films like '' Bahar, Sazaa, Ek Nazar'' (1951), '' Jaal'' (1952), '' Jeewan Jyoti'' (1953) and ''Angarey'' (1954). His partnership with songwriter Sahir Ludhianvi was popular and successful.
