Marie Troillet
Marie Troillet (born 24 March 1983) is a Swiss ski mountaineer. Troillet was born in Bagnes. She started ski mountaineering in 2000 and has been member of the national team since 2004 as well as member of the Dynafit-Team since 2005. Marie Troillet, who teaches in an elementary school, lives in Lourtier. Her brother Florent is also a competition ski mountaineer. Bagnes
Bagnes is a former municipality in the district of Entremont in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. On 1 January 2021 the former municipalities of Bagnes and Vollèges merged to form the new municipality of Val de Bagnes. With an area of , Bagnes used to be the largest municipality of Switzerland until the formation of Glarus Süd in 2011. History Bagnes was first mentioned in 1150 as ''Banie''. It was formerly known by its German name, ''Bangis'', although this is no longer used. Before 1150, when it came to the abbey of Saint-Maurice, Bagnes was owned by the Counts of Savoy. Émilie Gex-Fabry (born 21 May 1986) is a Swiss ski mountaineer. Gex-Fabry was born in Vevey. She started ski mountaineering in 1991, and competed first in the 2000 Trophée des Gastlosen event. She has been member of the Swiss team since 2003, and lives in Val-d'Illiez. After several good results in younger age classes, she placed 10th in the "seniors" single race of the 2007 European Championship. She won the Patrouille des Glaciers in 2010 with a time of 7h41, the course record for female teams as of 2018. After 5 years study at the university of Fribourg, she works as biologist/botanist.
