Marie-Claude Beaud (born February 22, 1946) is a French exhibition curator and director of art institutions. During her long career, she has held executive positions at Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain (Paris), Les Arts décoratifs (Paris), MUDAM (Luxembourg), and the New National Museum of Monaco, New National Museum (Monaco). She is the recipient of several award, decorations. Early life and education Marie-Claude Beaud was born in Besançon, February 22, 1946. Her parents were lawyers. She grew up in Besançon in a modest environment. David Shrigley
David John Shrigley (born 17 September 1968) is a British visual artist. He lived and worked in Glasgow, Scotland for 27 years before moving to Brighton, England in 2015. Early life and education Shrigley was born 17 September 1968 in Macclesfield, Cheshire. He moved with his parents and sister to Oadby, Leicestershire when he was two years old. He took the Art and Design Foundation course at Leicester Polytechnic in 1987, and then studied environmental art at Glasgow School of Art from 1988 to 1991. Talking about his final degree show, Shrigley later told ''The Guardians Becky Barnicoat, "I thought my degree show was brilliant, but the people who were marking it didn't. I got a 2:2. Paul Devautour
Paul Devautour is a French artist born in 1958 who lives and works in Shanghai. Life and career In collaboration with Yoon Ja Choi he created in 1985 the Collection Yoon Ja & Paul Devautour. They conceived works and exhibitions until 2004 under the names of Buchal et Clavel, Cercle Ramo Nash, Gladys Clover, J. Duplo, Manuel Ismora, Art Keller, Claude Lantier, Alexandre Lenoir, Martin Tupper and David Vincent. Some of their collected pieces are kept at the MAMCO in Geneva. Claude Closky (born 22 May 1963) is a French Contemporary Artist who lives and works in Paris, France. Reception Closky won the "Grand prix des Arts plastiques" (1999) and the Marcel Duchamp Prize (2005) awarded by the ADIAF. Dike Blair wrote in ''Artforum'' Magazine that "The lightness of Closky's art belies the depth of its absurdist heredity. Jean Nouvel (; born 12 August 1945) is a French architect. Nouvel studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and was a founding member of ''Mars 1976'' and ''Syndicat de l'Architecture'', France’s first labor union for architects.
