Marco Sabiu
Marco Sabiu (born 1 September 1963) is an Italian-born musician and composer who has worked with Take That, Kylie Minogue, Lydia Canaan, Barry Blue, Christopher Lee, and made music for television. Career Born in the village of Forlì in Romagna, Sabiu began playing piano at the age of nine, and at the age of fourteen joined the Conservatory of Pesaro. In 1991, he moved to London and began a production collaboration with Charlie Rapino, working with pop acts such as Take That, Kylie Minogue, and Lydia Canaan. In 1998, Sabiu started working solo with artists such as Tanita Tikaram, Perry Blake, Françoise Hardy, Filippa Giordano, Luciano Pavarotti, Ennio Morricone, and others. In 2001, he returned to Italy where he built his own recording studio and worked on composing soundtracks. Sabiu appeared in Italian television shows including Sanremo Festival and ''Domenica In''. Romagna
Romagna ( rgn, Rumâgna) is an Italian historical region that approximately corresponds to the south-eastern portion of present-day Emilia-Romagna, North Italy. Traditionally, it is limited by the Apennines to the south-west, the Adriatic to the east, and the rivers Reno and Sillaro to the north and west. Perry Blake (born 10 May 1970) is an Irish singer and songwriter from Sligo, Ireland, known for the delicate, downtempo, melancholic style of his songs and his soft singing voice. Career Blake's 1998 self-titled debut album was successful in the United Kingdom and won critical praise. His first single, "The Hunchback Of San Francisco", came from this album. His second release, ''Still Life'', contained contributions from Steve Jansen, while his third album, ''California'', was co-produced with Italian composer Marco Sabiu and featured Dickon Hinchliffe of Tindersticks and the former Prefab Sprout drummer Neil Conti. Rockin 1000
The Rockin'1000 is a musical project, originally created in Italy. Over a thousand musicians play and sing simultaneously at their concerts, with setlists composed mainly from well known rock music from different decades. The group was originally assembled in July 2015 as a way to ask the Foo Fighters to visit the town of Cesena, Italy. Originally organized in a crowdfunding effort by Fabio Zaffagnini, the Rockin'1000 have made several subsequent appearances, and have been dubbed the "biggest band in the world". Their initial performance in 2015 was made under the direction of Marco Sabiu. Large-scale groups under the name Rockin'1000 have been reassembled for some subsequent performances. On 7 July 2019, Rockin'1000 played 18 songs in the Commerzbank Arena in Frankfurt, Germany. Yes are an English progressive rock band formed in London in 1968 by lead singer and frontman Jon Anderson, bassist Chris Squire, guitarist Peter Banks, keyboardist Tony Kaye and drummer Bill Bruford. Luciano Ligabue
Luciano Riccardo Ligabue (born 13 March 1960), commonly known as Ligabue or Liga, is an Italian singer-songwriter, film director and writer. Biography Ligabue was born in Correggio, in the province of Reggio Emilia (Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy). Before becoming a successful singer, he held various jobs, working in agriculture and in factories. He entered the music world in 1987 when he founded the amateur band Orazero. For this band, he wrote several original songs, with which they participated in several local and national contests.
