Marco Galiazzo
Marco Galiazzo (born 7 May 1983, in Padova) is an athlete from Italy. He competes in archery for C.S. Aeronautica Militare, and is a former world number one. He was the first Olympic champion in the Italian archery history, winner of the gold medal in men's individual competition at Olympic Games – Athens 2004 and gold medal in team competition at the Olympic Games – London 2012 (in the same event he won silver at the Olympic Games – Beijing 2008). Career Galiazzo started to shoot at the age of thirteen, together with his father, who later became his coach. His first win was at Italian Youth Games ( Giochi della Gioventù), at the age of fourteen. At sixteen he was chosen for the first time for the Italian national archery team. His first team was the Compagnia Arcieri Padovani with whom he trained when he won the Olympic medal. Currently he is a member of A.S.D. Archers Rio. Laurence Godfrey (archer)
Laurence Paul Godfrey (born 9 June 1976, in Bristol) is a British archer. He studied for an HND in Mechanical Manufacturing at the University of the West of England from 1997 to 2000. 2004 Summer Olympics Godfrey was the only British male to qualify for the men's tournament at Athens 2004. He competed for the United Kingdom (as Great Britain) at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's individual archery. He won his first three elimination matches, advancing to the quarterfinals. In the quarterfinals, Godfrey faced Chen Szu-yuan of Chinese Taipei, defeating Chen 110–108 in the 12-arrow match and advancing to the semifinals. Vic Wunderle
Victor Steven "Vic" Wunderle (born March 4, 1976 in Lincoln, Illinois) is an archer from the United States. Personal Wunderle was raised in Mason City, Illinois and is the son of the famous archery coach Terry Wunderle. His passion for archery started at the age five. He competed in many competitions and received many honors throughout his childhood. After graduating from Illini Central High School in 1994, he attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated in 2002 with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. 2000 Summer Olympics Wunderle won the silver medal in archery at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Michele Frangilli (born 1 May 1976) is an Italian archer. Biography He was born in Gallarate. He competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics in men's individual archery, finishing in 6th place and winning the bronze medal in the team event. He also competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in men's individual archery, finishing in 10th place and winning the silver medal in the team event. Mauro Nespoli (born 22 November 1987, in Voghera) is an Italian archer who was a member of the Italian teams that won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympics and silver at the 2008 Summer Olympics. and individual silver at Tokyo 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Ilario Di Buò (born 13 December 1965 in Trieste) is an archer from Italy, who was formerly ranked number one in the world. Di Buò won a silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the team archery competition. He placed 20th in the individual competition. 2004 Summer Olympics Di Buò competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's individual archery. He won his first match, advancing to the round of 32. is a Japanese athlete who competes in archery, who is a former world number one. He won a bronze medal in archery at the 1984 Summer Olympics. Yamamoto competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's individual archery. He won his first three elimination matches, advancing to the quarterfinals.
