Marcinha
Márcia Honório da Silva (born 22 August 1962), commonly known as Marcinha, is a Brazilian football coach and former player. She was a midfielder for the Brazil women's national football team. In 1984 Marcinha, who was playing for Clube Atlético Juventus, had the meniscus removed from her right knee. She was employed in a beauty salon at the time. Marcinha was part of the EC Radar club team who represented Brazil at the 1988 FIFA Women's Invitation Tournament in Guangdong and finished in third place. She had also played for Brazil at the 1986 edition of the Mundialito tournament in Italy. In the 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup, Marcinha started all three group games as Brazil were eliminated in the first round. During the tournament, she was unimpressed when her roommate allegedly had sex with Eurico Lira in the next bed. Érika
Érika Cristiano dos Santos (born 4 February 1988), commonly known as Érika, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Corinthians and the Brazilian women's national team. Érika played as a forward for her clubs and Brazil's youth teams, but mainly as a central defender or " volante" (defensive midfielder) for the senior national team. She was part of Brazil's silver medal-winning team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and also played at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup, the 2012 London Olympics, the 2016 Rio Olympics, and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Esporte Clube Radar was a Brazilian professional women's association football club, based in the Copacabana neighbourhood of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Founded in 1981, they enjoyed unprecedented success in the early days of women's football in Brazil, winning both the Taça Brasil de Futebol Feminino and the Campeonato Carioca de Futebol Feminino on six consecutive occasions during the 1980s. Caieiras is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The population is 102,775 (2020 est.) in an area of 97.64 km². The Mundialito (Spanish for "little World Cup") was a global invitational tournament for national teams in women's association football. Held on four occasions in the northern region of Italy since 1984, it was one of the most prestigious women's football events, prior to the advent of the FIFA Women's World Cup and Women's Olympic Football. History The first edition of the tournament was played in Japan in September 1981. Italy drew 1–1 with Denmark then beat Japan 9–0, while England beat Japan 4–0 but lost 1–0 to Denmark. Japan–Denmark and England–Italy fixtures were not played. In 1984 and 1985, the teams first played round-robin within a single pool, then a further match to decide the winner and third place. Anderson LuÃs de Souza (born 27 August 1977), known as Deco (), is a retired professional footballer who primarily played as an attacking or central midfielder. Born and raised in Brazil, he acquired Portuguese citizenship and played for Portugal. Thiago Motta (; ; born 28 August 1982) is a professional football manager and former player. He is currently the head coach of club Bologna. A midfielder, Motta spent his early career at Barcelona, where he was injury-prone. He played two and a half seasons with Inter Milan before joining Paris Saint-Germain in January 2012, winning 27 major titles all clubs combined. Futsal
Futsal is a football-based game played on a hardcourt, hard court smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors. It has similarities to five-a-side football and Indoor soccer, indoor football. Futsal is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. Unlike some other forms of indoor soccer, it is played on a hard court surface marked by lines; walls or boards are not used. It is played with a smaller, harder, lower-bounce ball than football. The 1995 South American Women's Football Championship (''Campeonato Sudamericano de Fútbol Femenino 1995'') was held in Uberlândia, Brazil between January 8 and 22. It was the second staging of the South American Women's Football Championship and determined the CONMEBOL's single qualifier for the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup.
