Marcel Simoneau (born June 22, 1978 in Quebec, Canada) is a New York City based actor who has appeared on TV in: '' The Blacklist, God Friended Me, Gotham, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Fringe, Law & Order, Ed'' and '' Strangers with Candy''.
