Manuel Meana
Manuel Meana (21 October 1901 – 1 August 1985) was a Spanish footballer. He was capped for Spain 7 times and was part of Spain's squad for the football tournament at the 1924 Summer Olympics, but he did not play in any matches. Under the presidency of Santiago Bernabéu he was the creator and first director of the Real Madrid Sports City, a position he held until his retirement. Club career Born in Gijón, Meana began to play football in his hometown club, Sporting de Gijón, making his debut at El Molinón on 2 September 1917 against RCD Espanyol. International career In May 1918, he was summoned to play for the Cantabric national team, a side consisting of players from the provinces of Asturias and Cantabria, being a member of the team that participated in the 1918 Prince of Asturias Cup, an inter-regional competition organized by the RFEF. Campo De Coia
Campo de Coia () was a sporting venue in Coia, Vigo, Spain, which was the home ground of Celta Vigo, and its predecessor Vigo Sporting Club, between 9 February 1908 and December 1928. On 14 May 1922, it hosted the 1922 Copa del Rey Final between FC Barcelona and Real Unión which FC Barcelona easily won with 5–1. The last match ever played at Coia was the first-leg of the quarter-finals of the Copa de España, on December 9, 1928, against Real Sociedad. Which ended in a 2–1 win for the local team. Campo de O'Donnell was Atlético Madrid's main stadium between 1913 and 1923. 1939–40 La Liga
The 1939–40 La Liga was the ninth season since its establishment and the first one after the Spanish Civil War, that forced to suspend the competition during three years. José Luis Zabala (14 December 1898 – 22 April 1946) was a Spanish Association football, footballer who played as a Forward (association football), forward. He played in four matches for the Spain national football team in 1923 and 1924, scoring four goals, including a Hat-trick#Association football, hat-trick against Portugal national football team, Portugal on 16 December of 1923.
