Emmanuel Rodríguez, better known as Manny Montes, is a Puerto Rican rapper, known one of the major Christian artists in Puerto Rico. He has been nominated multiple times for the Premios Arpa and recently, at the Tu Música Urbana Awards for "Mejor canción cristiana". He has more than 10 collaborative albums, where hundreds of different artists have participated, including Funky, Redimi2, Alex Zurdo, Indiomar, Farruko, Mexicano 777, etc., sharing the stage with artists like Marcos Witt and Tercer Cielo. Julio Voltio (born as Julio Irving Ramos Filomeno on June 11, 1977 in Santurce, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican former reggaeton artist. A pioneer of the reggaeton genre, Voltio retired from music in 2014 and dedicated himself to preaching Christianity. His nickname came to be as the result of an accident. Before joining Karel, he worked as an electrician. One day, he stuck his hand in the wrong place and got shocked. Rakim & Ken-Y is a reggaeton duo formed in 2003 by José Nieves (Rakim) and Kenny Vázquez (Ken-Y). Daniel Velázquez (born August 7, 1977), better known by his stage name Divino, is an American reggaeton singer. Career Divino began his career at the age of fifteen, when his family moved from The Bronx, New York, to Ponce, Puerto Rico, while working a day job as an assistant in a juvenile institution. His brother, K2 Young, had made in-roads in the reggaetón genre as a member of DJ Playero's crew. He was friends with Baby Ranks, with whom he often performed. José Fernando Morales Rivera (born August 19, 1984), known as Kendo Kaponi, is a Puerto Rican rapper and singer. In 2018, he was arrested in Coamo on charges of armed burglary and assault in Florida, where he subsequently served two years in prison. Personal life Kaponi's life was tragic in many ways. With no family to care for him, he had begun to live in foster homes from when he was seven years old. His parents were drug addicts. He discovered his father's identity at same father's funeral. Ismael Miranda, also known as ''El Niño Bonito de la Salsa'' ("The Pretty Boy of Salsa") (born February 20, 1950) is a Puerto Rican singer and songwriter.
