Manjula Swarup (née Ghattamaneni; born 8 November 1970) is an Indian film producer and actress known for her work in Telugu Cinema. Born to prominent Telugu actor Krishna, she began her acting career by doing a cameo role in the 1999 film ''Rajasthan'' and went on to act as a supporting actor in the Malayalam film ''Summer in Bethlehem''. Manjula Padmanabhan (born 23 June 1953) is an Indian playwright, journalist, comic strip artist, and children's book author. Her works explore science, technology, gender, and international inequalities. Life Padmanabhan was born in Delhi in 1953 to an Indian diplomat father. Manjula Chellur (born 5 December 1955) is a former Chief Justice of Bombay High Court. She was the first woman Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court, was the Chief Justice of Kerala High Court and the first female judge of the Karnataka High Court. She demitted her office upon attaining the age of superannuation on 4 December 2017. Qualifications Chellur was born in Karnataka. Manjula Kumara Pathiranage Wijesekara (born 30 January 1984 in Morawaka) is a Sri Lankan high jumper. He has been regarded as one of the most experienced high jumpers to have represented the country mainly in the Asian Games and Commonwealth Games after making his senior debut in 2001. Manjula Kumara represented Sri Lanka at the 2004 Summer Olympics, which was also his only Olympic appearance in his prolific career. Mañjula (fl. 932), also known as Muñjāla, was an Indian astronomer, whose only surviving work is '' Laghu-mānasa'', an ephemeris and calculation text in Sanskrit language. He may have also authored another text, the ''Bṛhan-mānasa'', but this is not certain. Name Mañjula is also known as Mañjālaka, Muñjāla, Muñjālaka, and Mañjulācārya (Manjula-''acharya''). Mañjula (Sanskrit for "lovely" or "charming") seems to be his actual name, as early writers - including his earliest commentator Prashasti-dhara (958 CE) - refer to him by this name. The name Muñjāla or Muñjālaka became popular, especially in South India, because of the popularity of Surya-deva Yajva's commentary (1248 CE), which refers to him by this name.
